Rep. Mary Hodge is running for her fourth and final term as the representative to the Colorado House from District 30. District 30 includes Brighton, Adams County Aurora, Bennett, Watkins and those areas of Adams County east to Yulle Mile Road near Strasburg.

Mary, mother of three sons, grandmother of two, is a former teacher. One of her highest priorities is for Colorado to have the best public education systems in the world. A well educated population increases the quality of life for all of our citizens.

In the 2005-2006 General Assembly, she served as the Chair of the Local Government Committee and was a member of the Agriculture, Livestock and Natural Resources Committee. During the interim she served as chair of an interim committee on Rural Economic Development, was a member of the Water Legislative Review Committee and served on the Oversight Committee on State and Veterans' Nursing Homes.
